7. Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). If the right of withdrawal is exercised, PRIME RENOV will reimburse the sums paid by the customer within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal request and receipt of the returned products.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products.

10. Liability

PRIME RENOV has, for all stages of access to the site, from the order process to the shipment of the package or subsequent services, only an obligation of means.
